SZL Series Biomass Steam Boiler
The SZL Series Biomass Steam Boiler is a double-drum, longitudinally arranged, chain-grate biomass-fired steam boiler designed for stable and efficient industrial steam generation. The boiler is factory-assembled into two main sections: the upper heating surface assembly and the lower combustion equipment.
The boiler is designed for biomass molded solid fuels and features a chain grate combustion system, water-cooled furnace walls, convection heating surfaces, an economizer, and a complete flue gas and ash removal system.
SZL Biomass Steam Boiler Overview
The front section of the heating surface is formed by water-wall tubes arranged around the furnace and extending upward to the upper steam drum, creating the main combustion chamber. Dense convection tube banks are arranged between the upper and lower drums at the rear section.
The boiler adopts a large-block lightweight chain grate. Rollers are installed beneath the main grate sections to provide stable support during operation. The grate uses a compartmentalized air distribution system, allowing flexible adjustment of combustion air according to the fuel and operating load.
The furnace adopts an optimized combustion arch design to improve combustion conditions and heat transfer performance.
