The skid-mounted thermal oil boiler system integrates the boiler body, control cabinet, pumps, expansion tank, storage tank, and oil-gas separator on a single skid. Users only need to connect power, inlet/outlet piping, and a few electrical interfaces. We also design practical, cost-effective electric heating systems tailored to each customer’s requirements.
Skid-Mounted Thermal Oil Boiler System — Structure & Features
The entire system — boiler body, burner, chimney, oil storage tank, expansion tank, economizer, circulation pumps, oil feed pump, flue duct, control cabinet, filters, and oil-gas separator — is pre-assembled onto a single steel skid frame. The skid base is integrated with a steel platform and access ladder, providing a compact, one-piece unit ready for installation.
The expansion tank is equipped with an overflow pipe connected to the storage tank, which features an internal baffle plate separating it into two sections. An automatic oil make-up line connects the expansion tank and storage tank via a feed pump, ensuring continuous and stable oil circulation.
Applications & Advantages
This integrated skid-mounted thermal oil heating system is widely used in textiles, dyeing & printing, petrochemicals, and other industries requiring high-temperature heat transfer at low or near-atmospheric pressure.
Unlike traditional boiler systems where auxiliary equipment is scattered across a plant room, the skid-mounted design arrives as a fully integrated unit. This significantly reduces on-site installation time, labor costs, and inspection fees. The customer simply positions the unit on a prepared foundation, connects the process piping, fuel line, and power supply, fills in thermal oil, and the system is ready for commissioning.
Nearly all welding and piping work is completed at our factory, ensuring consistent weld quality and accurate alignment of components. Every unit undergoes rigorous testing and inspection per national and industry standards before delivery, so customers receive a fully certified, ready-to-run system.
