Fuel-Fired Thermal Oil Heater

The Fuel-Fired Thermal Oil Heater is a horizontal or vertical forced-circulation thermal oil heating system designed to provide high-temperature process heat using oil or gas as fuel and thermal oil as the heat transfer medium.

The system uses thermal oil, also known as heat transfer oil or heat transfer fluid, as the circulating medium. It transfers heat to industrial processes at high temperatures without the need for high-pressure steam.

The heater features a compact heating surface design, high thermal efficiency, stable heat output and reliable operation. An economizer can be installed at the rear of the system to recover heat from the flue gas and improve overall energy utilization.

Fuel-Fired Thermal Oil Heater Overview

The Fuel-Fired Thermal Oil Heater is a factory-assembled forced-circulation thermal oil heating system available in vertical and horizontal configurations.

The system uses fuel oil or natural gas as the heat source. During operation, the thermal oil circulates continuously through the heating coils and transfers heat to the user’s process equipment.

Compared with conventional steam heating systems, thermal oil heating provides high-temperature heat transfer with stable operating conditions and is widely used in industrial processes requiring continuous and precise heating.
