Low NOx condensing hot water boilers have passed tests by domestic authorized institutions and satisfy stringent emission standards. Our biomass boilers adopt linear oxygen-enriched combustion technology, delivering more than 30% energy savings versus conventional hot water boilers.
This Low NOx condensing steam boiler adopts a two-pass fully wet-back structure with a large furnace design and spirally ribbed fire tubes for enhanced heat transfer. An economizer and condenser are mounted on top of the boiler body to recover both sensible heat and latent heat of vaporization from flue gas. This design maximizes thermal efficiency, cuts fuel consumption and reduces operational costs.
※ Superior Emission Performance: NOx < 30 mg/m³
Yongxin low NOx gas boilers comply with strict national emission standards, achieving NOx emissions below 30 mg/m³ for new boiler units. It generates minimal flue gas pollution. Technical parameters including smoke opacity, particulate concentration and noise level all exceed the requirements for Class I environmental zones.
※Superior Combustion: Staged Combustion Technology
The furnace is designed with three combustion zones. Most fuel is supplied to the primary combustion zone, while combustion air is introduced in stages: roughly 80% of air enters the primary zone. Secondary fuel is injected downstream of the flame in the upper primary zone to trigger re-combustion and form a reducing atmosphere. The remaining combustion air is fed into the third zone to achieve complete burnout. This technology reduces NOx emissions by 60%–70% for Yongxin boilers.
※Superior Technology: Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR)
The system uses low-temperature flue gas recirculation. Part of the flue gas from the boiler exhaust is diverted via external pipelines back to the burner inlet for recirculation inside the furnace.
※Ultra-Low Emission: Low NOx Burner
Equipped with a high-performance, high-efficiency low NOx burner, the boiler realizes ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions and meets stringent emission standards.
