Thermal Oil Boiler for Food Industry

立式储罐16 9封面图

The food industry thermal oil boiler is a special direct-flow industrial furnace that uses coal, heavy oil, light oil, combustible gas and other combustible materials as fuel, with food-grade oil as the heat carrier. Through forced liquid-phase circulation driven by the circulation oil pump, it delivers thermal energy to the process equipment (deep frying pots) and returns the cooled oil for reheating. It is a new type of special boiler using food oil as the heating medium. The internal coil is made of stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance and a long service life.

The food industry thermal oil boiler consists of the boiler body and combustion equipment. The upper body adopts a coil-type structure made of stainless steel, suitable for food industry applications. The burner is an imported Riello or Baltur burner, which saves the customer labor and material costs while achieving environmental protection and energy saving.

Features of the Food Industry Thermal Oil Boiler:

  1. Complete unit delivered from the factory for easy installation.
  2. The heating surface uses densely arranged circular coils with sufficient heating area, reducing the heat load on the tube surface and making thermal oil operation safer.
  3. The medium flow path is well designed: thermal oil enters from the inlet and exits from the outlet, and gases generated during operation further improve the boiler’s thermal efficiency.
  4. The fuel undergoes adiabatic combustion in the combustion chamber, making ignition easier and combustion more complete, which improves the boiler’s thermal efficiency.
  5. Densely arranged coils are installed at the top of the furnace to protect the furnace top from burning out.
  6. Fully intelligent operation saves labor.
  7. High safety.
