An air receiver tank (made by Hebei Yonsyn) is a vessel specially designed for storing gas while stabilizing system pressure. Based on pressure rating, it can be classified into high-pressure, low-pressure, and atmospheric-pressure air receiver tanks. When installed after an air compressor, the Yonsyn air receiver tank not only stores compressed air and reduces pressure pulsation caused by discontinuous compressor discharge, but also balances air supply and demand. Our air receiver tanks are offered at competitive prices — welcome to inquire.
An air receiver tank is a vessel specially designed for storing gas while stabilizing system pressure. Based on pressure rating, it can be classified into high-pressure, low-pressure, and atmospheric-pressure types. When installed after an air compressor, the Hebei Yonsyn air receiver tank not only stores compressed air and reduces pressure pulsation caused by discontinuous compressor discharge, thus balancing air supply and demand, but also lowers the temperature of the compressed air, reducing the load on the filters and dryers.
When selecting an air receiver tank, the following points should be considered:
- Shell material: As a pressure vessel, the commonly used shell materials are Q235-B and 16MnDR. According to GB150 “Steel Pressure Vessels”, different materials have different service conditions and temperature ranges.
- Overall height: The height of the air source room is about 2.9 m. Considering that the air source unit is frequently transported, sufficient rigidity and strength must be maintained. The base height is generally 300 mm, and the roof is made sloped, leaving a clear height of 2 m inside the air source room. No equipment may exceed this height, otherwise installation is impossible. Taking a 2.5 m³ air receiver tank as an example, it is designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T8867 with a nominal diameter of DN1200 mm. To reduce the overall height, the nominal diameter of the air source room tank is adopted as DN1500 mm, with the safety valve installed on the side, giving a total height of 1950 mm, which allows normal installation.
